Terms of Use
Do not share your login passwords and user names. The system is designed to detect this immediately and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn’t mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don’t violate our copyright.
Confidentiality and Recordings
Content of Course: All course material is copyrighted and should not be shared with anyone outside the course. This is to give others who may be interested in these courses the opportunity to receive the full experience which you are privy to as a member. If you share the material without all the preparation, demos, and introductions, they will not get the full benefit of the course.
Sharing with fellow members: We want to create a safe space so that each of you can express freely and safely. Therefore, please do not share with anyone outside the program another members process or sharing.
Recording Agreement: The teaching portion of the course (introduction, explanations, and demos) may be recorded by us. By signing up for Perception Academy's programs, you are giving your permission for us to use these recordings in marketing materials and/or course materials/for training purposes. To protect your privacy, I request that you use only your first name or a pseudonym when volunteering and/or participating for demonstrations.
You may not record any of the training content without written approval from Jason Schneider.
Commit to the Process: Although I will not ask you to do anything that may harm you, to obtain maximum benefit from the class for yourself and the other participants, I ask that you commit fully to the process.
Public Forums
No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in classified ad forums. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums or in the public Facebook group.
Please use your own name when posting to the discussion forums. Do not impersonate anyone else.
Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the discussion groups. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is allowed.
Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) in the discussion forums.
Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the discussion forums. Do not libel or defame others. This site strongly disapproves flaming.
When you post content in the discussion forums, you permit this site to display and distribute the content and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant to this site the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis.
I prefer not to edit or to monitor messages posted on the public forums, but do reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not this site. Violators may be permanently banned from using the forums or even have their subscriptions terminated.

Other Conditions
Registration
After receipt of $600 USD/600 Euro registration and processing fee, your place in the course is reserved. The registration fee contains the following: costs related to per participant hotel/meeting room cost, catering, application processing, registration management, and establishing a student record system.
To ensure the quality of the training course as well as the intended end result, Perception Academy/Unisync Services Inc reserves the right to refuse registration of a participant and will refund all registration fees in this event.
All deposits are Non-Refundable.
Participant Fees/Cancellation
In the case of cancellation by the client, the balance of the course fee (beyond the deposit) will be transferrable with 30 days notice before the start of the program. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the program start are un-recoupable and will not be refunded/transferrable unless under special conditions to be determined by the Perception Academy/Unisync Services Inc.
Upon receipt of payment and course agreement, your registration is made definite.
If payment is not timely, Perception Academy / Unisync Services reserves the right to refuse the participant entry to the training course, and retain the right to claim full or partial payment of the fees. In default of payment, all costs such as loss of interest, collection charges, and legal costs are for the participant.
Private Coaching & Session Policy
No Refunds - All payments for private coaching and 1-on-1 sessions are non-refundable. Coaching fees are billed monthly (not prepaid in full) to reduce risk for both parties. Once a payment has been processed, it applies to that billing period and will not be refunded or credited.
Subscription Cancellation (Monthly Billing) - Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice at least 24 hours before the next scheduled payment date. Cancellations made. after this window will apply to the following billing cycle. Prior payments remain non-refundable.
Session Cancellation & Rescheduling - Individual sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are considered used and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Emergency Exception - In the case of genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be considered at the provider’s discretion but is not guaranteed.
Enrollment
After paying the registration fee, you acknowledge that the training of this course is completely voluntary and you are of sound mind and body to participate in any of the activities within the program that could be mentally or emotionally demanding. You are not under medical, psychological or any other care that prohibits you from performing any of the techniques and do not hold Perception Academy / Unisync Services Inc responsible for any mental, emotional or physical reactions that could result from the training and activities or this program.
If any changes occur to the mentioned provisions in the previous section occur after the initial registration, please notify Perception Academy / Unisync Services in writing. If you are required to cancel the course, for this reason, our regular policies for cancellation are applicable.
Each student will submit the registration form, as provided by Perception Academy / Unisync Services Inc. All answers given on this form are certified to be true and complete.
